Family Medicine Physicians – South King County, WA (Covington, Maple Valley, Kent, and Renton Clinics (1.0 FTE)


Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting for full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Family Medicine team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.


Clinics Overview: 

  • Monday – Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility with options for a 4-day work week.
  • Call – 1 weekday call every 1-2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RN’s taking first calls  
  • Patient per day - ~20 average
  • Provider to MA ratio: minimum 1:1.5
  • E-consult capability
  • Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area 
  • Phlebotomists on site

 

Qualifications:

  • BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
  • Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Total Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000
Our plan includes an income guarantee, wRVU bonus incentive, sign-on bonus, reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals and generous vacation, sick and holiday time off. Amounts listed may include productivity and quality incentives as applicable to the position.
