Urologist MD/DO Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Location: Renton, WA
We are currently hiring for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Urologist with a desire to build a practice working in a collaborative, collegial, work environment. We have a team-based model approach to patient-centered care. Our team currently consists of 3 Urologists, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Physician Assistant and you will have a designated Medical Assistant. You’ll split time between our Renton and Maple Valley clinics and spend one day per week in the OR.
About the position:
- Clinic Hours: 7a- 5p
- General Schedule: 5 day week to start and can transition to 4 10's; typically one weekday in OR
- Call: Typically one weekday per week and 7 weekends per year.
- Average # of patients/day: 17-22
- OR block: weekly assigned block time and can secure urgent time outside block if needed
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Urology
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation Range - $400,000 - $450,000 dependent upon specialty;
Amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
