Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Dermatologist to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Dermatology team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

About the position:
  • Clinic Hours: 7:30a-4:30p (30m lunch) or 7:30a-5:00p (1h lunch)
  • Schedule: 4-10's 36 patient contact hours
  • Position is to replace a retiring physician 
  • No inpatient or outpatient call
  • Physician only group, no NP/PA supervision 
  • Average # of patients seen per day: start at average 16/day and work up to average 32/day
  • Support staff:
    • New provider would start with 1 MA, as volumes increase 1.5- 2 MAs
  • Practitioners: Maple Valley has 3 physicians, Renton has 4, and Newcastle has 1
 
Qualifications:
  • BE/BC in Dermatology
  • Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

TOTAL COMPENSATION: $405,000 - $460,000 
Amounts listed may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
