Urgent Care Physician, Full-Time - Renton Landing Clinic
Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Urgent Care Physician to join our Renton Landing clinic in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. Our Urgent Care teams have produced multiple 'Provider of the Year' award winners within our organization.

About the position:
- Clinic Hours – Open 7 days/week (8a-8p M-F, 8a-4p Sa-Su)
- General Schedule – 12-hours shifts Monday – Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month).
- Limited call expectations
- Average # of patients seen per day 25-30 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (30-35)
- Support staff- average 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers
- Practitioners- At least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/Pas) per shift
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Total Compensation: $275,000 + incentives
Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives applicable to the position.
NOTE: We are also hiring CONTRACT positions $180/hour, at least 2-3 shifts per week
